Earlier this week, I reacted to reports that the University of Washington couldn’t find any legal scholars willing to question Obamacare’s constitutionality by issuing a challenge: I will debate the constitutional merits of Obamacare against anyone, anytime, anywhere (as long as the sponsoring group/​individual covers my travel expenses).
