America’s Need for Critical Minerals versus Federal Land Management

Many Americans do not appreciate how dependent we are on certain critical and strategic minerals. That dependence notwithstanding, federal land management policies have become increasingly restrictive, if not wrong-headed and even hostile toward stabilizing domestic mineral production. New efforts are needed to help increase domestic supply and limit our reliance on foreign imports of critical and strategic minerals that come from hostile or unstable nations.

Please join us as our speakers address the renewed emphasis on exploration and distribution of critical mineral deposits; quantifying domestic and global supply and demand; path to responsible mining of critical minerals; and issues of stewardship on federal lands.
