Thomas A. Firey is a senior fellow and managing editor of the Cato Institute’s magazine Regulation. He also is senior fellow for the Maryland Public Policy Institute.
Firey has published op-eds in the New York Times, the Washington Post, USA Today, Hartford Courant, and the Baltimore Sun.
Firey holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from St. Mary’s College and a master’s in philosophy from Virginia Tech.
