Prior to joining Cato, Kurtz served as the chief digital officer for Questex LLC, a global business-to-business media company. Before Questex, he was the vice president of product development for Gannett and USA Today. In addition to website development, Kurtz led Gannett in developing the first mobile and tablet applications for the company’s more than 100 local newspapers and 40 television stations.
Kurtz holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in computer information systems from James Madison University.
