Sofia Hamilton was a research associate at the Cato Institute and worked in the Department of Health Policy Studies. She is an alumna of the University of Miami where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History with minors in International Studies and Sociology.
Hamilton is also a contributor and social mobility fellow with Young Voices. Previously she worked with the Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors as a policy research associate.
