Paul Best is an investigative journalist at the Cato Institute, reporting on the unintended consequences of industrial policy, market distortions caused by government spending, and other economic issues. Before joining Cato, he worked as a producer for John Stossel and Kennedy, as well as a digital reporter at Fox News. Paul graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with degrees in economics and psychology.
