Marissa Delgado

Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer

Marissa Delgado is vice president of finance and chief financial officer at the Cato Institute. She is responsible for Cato’s finance, human resources, and facilities operations.

Prior to joining Cato, Delgado served as controller for Trout Unlimited, an environmental nonprofit aimed at conserving North America’s waterways. Delgado has spent over 30 years servicing nonprofit and professional services organizations. Delgado began her professional career in the entertainment industry practice of Ernst & Young’s New York office.

Delgado is a certified public accountant and holds a BA from Fordham University and an MBA from Pace University.
