James Knight

James Knight was a legal associate in the Cato Institute’s Robert A. Levy Center for Constitutional Studies. James graduated with a J.D. cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center, where he was a senior article editor on the Georgetown Journal of Law and Public Policy and a Bradley Fellow with the Georgetown Center for the Constitution. During law school, James interned at the D.C. Superior Court, the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, and Cato. He graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in political science and philosophy from Fordham University, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and treasurer of the Debate Society.
