Gregory Mill

Gregory Mill is a legal associate at the Cato Institute’s Robert A. Levy Center for Constitutional Studies. He earned his JD from the Georgetown University Law Center where he was an editor for the Georgetown Journal of Law and Public Policy. He holds BAs in political science and philosophy from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
