Ann Conant Rulon

Outreach Associate and Research Coordinator, Center for Monetary and Financial Alternatives

Ann Rulon (Conant) is the outreach associate and research coordinator in the Cato Institute’s Center for Monetary and Financial Alternatives, where she coordinates and promotes the Center’s work. Prior to joining Cato, Ann held roles in the non-profit sector and the federal government, including the White House, the Office of Management and Budget, the Federal Housing Finance Agency and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

Ann is originally from New Jersey and holds a BA in political science from the Franciscan University of Steubenville. She currently resides in Virginia.
