Michael Moore’s new documentary SiCKO unfavorably contrasts the U.S. health care system with government-run systems. According to Moore, the U.S. system leaves millions of Americans behind and allows insurance companies to profit by denying care to cancer patients. But in this video, Stuart Browning, a documentary filmmaker and a fellow at the Moving Picture Institute, presents an alternate view of U.S. health care — one that is not as optimistic about the Canadian system that Moore has embraced.
